1. Accuracy of Estimates

Online or telephone estimates are preliminary. Fixed, final quotes are only issued in writing after registered builder John Di Vecchio conducts a thorough on-site physical inspection.

2. Victoria Building Codes

All structural building renovations, timber frames, extensions, and concreting works are performed in compliance with Victorian Building Authority regulations and building codes.

3. Intellectual Property

The design templates, custom logos, text layouts, and gallery images on this website are protected. They may not be reproduced without written authorization.
